Blake Lively is a farmer — or so her latest social media post suggests.

the Gossip Girl alum took to her Instagram account yesterday to share a photo of herself in athletic overalls as she gets her hands dirty on a farm. However, rather than pairing the overalls with steel-toed boots appropriate for manual labor, Lively wore cute Hermès heels, a Chanel handbag and Brent Neale bling for the occasion.

Lively captioned the post on her grid, “Overall…was a good day.”

On her Instagram story, however, she detailed the inspiration for the look, writing, “@nicolerichie @parishilton clearly skewed my understanding of the farm dress code.”

Lively is, of course, referring to Hilton and Richie’s former reality show simple lifewhich featured socialites turned entrepreneurs doing non-Hollywood jobs such as farm labor.

The Sorority of Travel Pants The star received plenty of praise for her outfit in the comments section of her post. Rita Wilson wrote, “Bejeweled and dazzled.” One follower joked, “Accessorized the Infinity Stones better than Thanos did.” A third added: “Yeah, but do it glamorous.”

Lively, who recently launched it showed off a distinctly different fashion look while supporting her hubby Ryan Reynolds on the red carpet for Netflix The Adam Project. There she wore a multicolored dress with a high slit and a low neckline. However, she also sported denim at the premiere, sporting a long denim jacket in the look in some photos.

While the actress knows how to kill red carpet fashion, Lively, who welcomed her third child in 2020, opened up on her Instagram Story last year about how difficult it was to find clothes that fit in the postpartum months.

“It doesn’t send a good message to women when their bodies don’t match what brands have to offer. It’s alienating and confusing,” Lively wrote at the time. “And I wish I felt as confident [then], as I do now, a year later looking back. This body gave me a baby. And produced all the food for this baby. What a beautiful marvel. But instead of feeling proud, I felt insecure. Simply because I didn’t fit into the clothes. How silly in retrospect.
